Compounding Line

Our range of Compounding Lines / Pelletizing Line is known for its enhanced efficiency and ability to palletize conventionally impossible material. The machine is equipped with screens in order to remove the dust particles and other impurities from the material. Also, the cutting section of the palletizer includes a special mechanism for sending air towards the die by utilizing a blower in air cutting and water cutting. This mechanism enhances the cooling effect of the machine which is further boosted by separator. Apart from this, we also provide die face cutter separately in air & water, on demand.

PROCESS
The rotary cutter of the machine cuts the material forced out of the uni-axial straight screw, into pallets. These pallets are separated by the cooling effect of the blower and the centrifugal force of the cutter. Unlike the underwater cutting process, here dry pallets can be easily obtained
